Formulated like a genius. Gives the perfect amount of hydration while keeping the hair full of so much body! The smell is delicious just like the serum but a little softer, which I’m so into. Also, looks so cute at my salon and in my own shower. I’m obsessed 😍 and so are my clients!!
My newest obsession. I have fine hair and most products look great day one and greasy the next. I can go 3-4 days without looking flat, while my ends remain moisturized. The smell is amazing but not too strong which I appreciate it. The consistency reminds me of a bougie skincare line - it’s unlike any shampoo conditioner I’ve used before. It’s a must try!
Obsessed!! First I ordered the serum... after using it for three days straight, I went back and ordered another bottle because I knew I couldn't live without it!! So I also ordered the shampoo and conditioner to try!! This is hands down the best product out there! I've been a stylist for over 20 years, I've tried everything on the market & I've never been this obsessed over a product!! Please dont ever change!!!
Most big brands cause my hair to fall out, but since using this I have experienced new growth and my hair looks healthier. I love the scent too!

I didn't want to love these products because of the price but I really do, I wash about every other day and the shampoo and conditioner are great. My hair doesn't feel weighed down and has a healthier volume to it instead of immediately going flat. The smell is just an added bonus.

I really love this shampoo! It feels very gentle while still effective at cleansing. I use the conditioner as well and it leaves my hair feeling very soft and it looks shiny. I have now gone through a couple of bottles!
Not hydrating at all and was not very effective for cleansing. The smell and packaging is genius but I won’t be using this for my extensions. :(
I have fine hair but a decent amount of it. This lathers so well and gets my hair very clean. My hair smells good for days. I wash every 2-3 days after working out so I can’t say anything about extending the cycle but my hair seems to like it. Will definitely repurchase.

Does not leave my hair feeling stripped . Hair feels clean but not dehydrated after cleansing.
Being a hairdresser myself, I really wanted to like this shampoo and conditioner, but it wasn’t what I expected or was hoping it would be. My hair has single process color and highlights and it literally felt like straw as I was rinsing the shampoo out of my hair. I alternate usually using Pureology shampoo & conditioner and Matrix Glow Mania shampoo & conditioner and my hair is soft as I’m rinsing the shampoo. I wish I was able to give this a better rating especially for the price of the product.

Sorry, it was a gift for someone else. All I can say is my 19 year old daughter absolutely loves this product.
I love the formulation of the shampoo and conditioner. Gives lots of volume. However when I received the conditioner the pump didn’t work. I then dropped the shampoo bottle once and the top pump doesn’t work anymore. So now with both bottles I have to dump it out in my hand which is unfortunate for the cost.

So this shampoo is super milky and soft. The cleansing feels great but not drying or anything. This line kind of smells to me like a “spicier” Playa if anyone ever used that before it disappeared. I’ve been searching for something that smells similar and this is the closest so that’s a huge perk!
I love this shampoo! It’s more expensive than what I’d usually buy. I got it on a sale & not sure I could justify buying it again at full price. But if price isn’t really an issue for you then I’d definitely recommend!! Smells great, gets my hair nice & clean, and leaves my hair soft.
