Giveaway Rules

Eligibility

Wholesale Giveaway — Open only to approved Mane Ivy wholesale accounts: licensed salon professionals and businesses with an active, approved wholesale account in good standing on the Mane Ivy wholesale site.

Retail  Giveaway — Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, with an account on the Mane Ivy retail site. Not open to approved wholesale accounts, which are automatically entered via the Wholesale Track instead.

Neither giveaway is open to the general public outside these terms, and both are void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and contractors of Mane Ivy and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter either track.

Entry Period & How to Enter

The Giveaway entry period runs from 12:00 a.m. PT on September 20, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. PT on September 27, 2026 (the "Entry Period") for both tracks. No purchase, checkout, or payment is required to enter or to win, in either track.

  • Wholesale  Giveaway: Build a wholesale cart on the Mane Ivy wholesale site any time during the Entry Period.

  • Retail  Giveaway: Build a cart on the Mane Ivy retail site any time during the Entry Period.

Every eligible account or customer that builds a cart during the Entry Period is automatically entered in the applicable track; no separate sign-up, code, or form is needed. Completing a purchase does not increase odds of winning.

The Prize

Two (2) winners will be selected — one (1) from the Wholesale Carts and one (1) from the Retail Carts. Each winner receives the full contents of their own cart, as built and saved as of the close of the Entry Period, fulfilled and shipped free of charge (each, a "Prize"). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize varies based on the contents of the winning cart and will be determined by Mane Ivy at the time of the drawing. To keep this Giveaway below state sweepstakes registration thresholds the Retail Prize's ARV will not exceed $500; if a winning retail cart's contents exceed that value, Mane Ivy will fulfill up to $500 of the cart's contents (winner's choice of which items to keep) or offer a substitute prize of equal or lesser value, at Mane Ivy's discretion. There is no such cap on the Wholesale Prize, which sits outside these consumer-facing thresholds as a B2B/trade prize. No cash or credit will be awarded in place of either Prize, except as described above. Prizes do not include items added to a cart after the Entry Period closes.


Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible Wholesale Cart entries, and one winner will be selected at random from all eligible Retail Cart entries. Both drawings will take place on or around September 29, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries in that track. Each winner will be notified by email at the address on file with their account within 1 business days of the drawing. If a selected winner does not respond within 30 business days of notification, or is found ineligible, Mane Ivy may select an alternate winner for that track in their place.

General Conditions

  • Limit one (1) entry per approved wholesale account (Wholesale) or per person/retail account (Retail), regardless of how many carts are built or saved during the Entry Period.

  • Mane Ivy reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant it believes, in its sole discretion, has violated these Official Rules or engaged in fraudulent activity.

  • Mane Ivy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway, or either track, at any time for any reason.

  • Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their Prize.

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mane Ivy, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to the Giveaway or the Prizes.

  • By accepting a Prize, a winner grants Mane Ivy permission to use their name (and business name, for the Wholesale Track) for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  • Retail entrants' personal information will be handled in accordance with Mane Ivy's Privacy Policy.

  • The Retail Prize's $500 ARV cap (see The Prize, above) is intended to keep this Giveaway below the sweepstakes registration/bonding thresholds in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island; confirm current thresholds and requirements with counsel before launch, as these can change.

  • These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Void where prohibited by law.
