I did love the shampoo but the conditioner was a little too light weight for my hair. It was a little hard to manage after. I do have a lot of hair so I do think it would be better for someone with less/thinner hair. Smells is amazing tho!

The system makes my hair dry and flat. I would have returned, but it said I had to return within 5 days of purchase, but did not arrive in that time frame.
I absolutely love the smell and how luxe it is. Just wish it was a bit ticker for my dense curly hair. I end up having to use a lot but I absolutely love it!
I didn't want to love these products because of the price but I really do, I wash about every other day and the shampoo and conditioner are great. My hair doesn't feel weighed down and has a healthier volume to it instead of immediately going flat. The smell is just an added bonus.

I love the hair elixir serum and was very excited to purchase the new addition of the shampoo and conditioner! I love all three products...but best of all is the giant S on the top of the shampoo and the giant C on the top of the conditioner!! No need to squint and search for whether or not I grabbed the correct product in the shower!!
Love the smell! Wish it was a little more hydrating but I just add in a mask once a week instead. The shampoo is my fav with the hair elixir.

Ok. I was SO SKEPTICAL at first. I didn’t like my first bottles of the shampoo and conditioner, but they are so good! You have to try them and keep at it, even though it may feel diff at first or not foam. I’m now hooked.

Not heavy which I appreciate but not super detangling either. Hard for me to personally find the right balance there with my finer hair but I didn’t get oily quickly which is a great sign it’s light enough for me! Smells divine

I’m honestly so impressed by these products. I had been using a “custom” shampoo and conditioner for years but lately felt like it was not performing the way it used to. I bought the whole line from Mane Ivy (shampoo, double cleanse, conditioner and serum) and used them all. My hair hasn’t felt this clean, hydrated, soft and light in years. And over 24 hours later, it still looks exactly the same. I can’t wait to see how long it will last until I need to wash again. My hairstylist recommended these products to me and I’m so glad I went for it!

I have thin hair with dry ends. My hair captures smell and this product smells wonderful. Can't be matched! But most importantly, the product delivers. While the consistency is light, it works beautifully in distribution and to detangle. Lovely product!

The bottle broke on me the second time I used it. Now I have to shake the bottle and the conditioner comes out via a small hole. Very frustrating.

This formula actually surprised me. So it’s really light, and i remember watching a video with Michelle saying it’s going to feel like “is it doing anything?” And she was right at first i was like “there’s no way” but out of the shower my hair still felt so soft even with such a light conditioner. And im used to using very thick heavy conditioners/masks, so id say give it a shot!
I wish there was a thicker option for conditioner. I love the shampoo but needs something more moisturizing for my conditioner.
